Enter the Circle

The wooded glade was hushed in the presence of so many creatures. Clawed fist clenched and unclenched at his sides as cobalt hues slipped from one creature to the next. This had not been his idea. These Fera, this gathering of lesser creatures, had been conceived by his aunts. The Circle consisted of members from his own pack and Fera from around the world; supposedly they were to act as a network of information as to what the Wyrm was up to. In the Alpha male's mind this was a very misguided adventure by the Child and one who called herself a Fianna. To his left stood his sister and fellow Alpha, Kiyomi. Razpen knew the Furries was more open to the idea of Fera allies than himself. To Kiyomi's left stood their aunt Celestial, the Child of Gaia. It was she who had located the non-Garou, how he had not a clue. In this day and age the were-creatures did not openly acknowledge what they were, most were highly secretive. To Celestial's left stood the pack's lone Metis, the Stargazer Aniu. To her left stood his aunt Kalypso's twins, a source of great shame in the Alpha's mind. It was still a wonder to the male how a Garou and a Bastet produced offspring.... but it happened. The Balam Ciani was directly to the left of Aniu and to the left of Ciani was the Bone Gnawer Kale. Neither were members of the pack, this Razpen would never allow.

Beginnings

Perhaps I could have returned to the Vampires of Light once the First Change had occured, even after mother had taken Ciani and I away - at least the Death Stalkers accepted me as I was. Not quite the Abomination of a union forbidden, but definitely worse than the Metis result of the taboo union between two Garou. I cannot settle in with mother's pack. As the offspring of Garou and Bastet, I am placed on a rung below the Garou Metis. Those of mother's pack may be related to me by blood, though few of them would probablly admit to that, but those aunts and cousins are pure bloods, Lupus Garou. Even among blood kin I would have been an outcast, especially once the Silver Fang came to power. Those blue bloods really think they're something - a sorry lot of arrogant would be kings is what they are. No, It was better to skulk off into the city than to remain in the pack, afterall there would be Bone Gnawers there, this I knew. They were not easy to find, but a Garou knows a Garou when he finds one - a nice little sense that helps to keep the Delirium down if ya know what I mean.

Into Existance

Are we worse than the Abomination, my brother and I? The result of a union between a Garou and a Bastet? And what's more is that we were born in a house of Vampires... The Vampires of Light, not all were denizens of the night, there were others as well; fae, elf, dwarf, changlings, shapeshifters, canine, feline, dragon, even human. The list goes on and on. Kale and I were raised there for a small portion of our lives, before father vanished and mother turned to only her wolven kin. And what of my father? What did he give me other than life? Nothing. Nothing, he left me to figure out the life of a Bastet, of a Balam, on my own. My mother, being a Garou could help me cope with the change, but could teach me nothing of Balam ways or life.

There are four more characters needed for the Circle of Black Fire. These characters are up for development - the only restriction is the continent they come from.

Khan (weretiger) - Must be from somewhere in Asia

Bagheera (wereleopard) - Can be from either Africa or Asia; Asia is prefered

Pumonca (werecougar) - Can be from North, Central, or South America; Central or South prefered

Nuwisha (werecoyote) - Can be from North or Central America.


I would also be open to having a second Balam (werejaguar) in the Circle - Can be from Central or South America.

Uncovering the Dead - Secrets Discovered

Four of the youngest pack members have discovered a hidden Caern within Whysper Mountains. Here, beneath the soils of the cave, artifacts and scrolls on each of the Garou Tribes, even the extinct ones, have been found. This is a lot for Kamoku, Chioni, Chimera, and Murin to take in as they begin to examine what they have found.

Escape

Archemorus StarEyes, son of Anar Xiad StarEyes & Kakei Bloodthor-CryptThorn is trying to leave the island in order to find his grandfather, Bevan CryptThorn. Bevan is an enemy of the Serendipity Isle Wolves and especially the FyreStormNytes. Santana has been asigned to guard the yearling and prevent him from leaving the island. But Archemorus has other plans and refuses to let his cousin stand in his way.

Enter the Circle

The first meeting of The Circle of Black Fire, the Serendipity's Fera allies and informants. The pack Elders, along with the Alphas and Betas, have called the group together so that they can decide how the group will function. It is also the time for introductions to be made.
